About
Grace Johnson is a Nigerian New Yorker who splits her time between stand-up, voice acting, and writing for TV.
She was named a Just For Laughs New Face in 2025, a New York's Funniest finalist in 2024, and one of the New York Comedy Festival's Comics to Watch in 2023, the same year she was crowned the Bell House Newcomer. Her Don't Tell Comedy set and a finalist run at the Big Sky Comedy Festival have taken her sharp, delightfully nerdy perspective coast to coast.
She calls her style Glasses Comedy: an invitation to see the world through her witty, unapologetic lens.
Off stage, Grace is a series regular on the Apple Top 50 podcast The God Pod, recently wrapped the writers' room of the CBC Gem series Virgins!, co-hosts the monthly CRANK THAT comedy show, and co-produces Pink Lotion Comedy, a NYC pop-up spotlighting Black women and non-binary comics.
